Hi readers,
I want to tell to you about this E-book that is on my blog as you can see it is the only one for now because I’ve read a couple of other e-books but they just weren’t worth mentioning. Until I stumbled upon “ How to Play Tennis”. It’s not your typical e-book because it consists of 49 video clips of material. What I like about this E-book is that it’s setup very professional it almost reminds me of an Oscar Wagner video. For those of you who don’t know who Oscar Wagner is he is a world renowned tennis coach who just happens to have DVD’s out that are very pricy and out of date. But this tutorial as I like to call it goes over the basics and gives you the fundamentals of tennis.
Beginners
I would highly recommend this guide to you if you’re a beginner because the video clips go over all the aspects of the game. As a beginner you need some sort of guidance to get you moving in the right direction. Nobody wants to play patti-cake tennis it just isn’t that fun. You can be more competitive with your friends and colleagues with some simple guidance.
Intermediate Advance Players
What I like about this e-book is that it helps not only beginners but it also helps people who are a little bit more advanced. I learned a few pointers from this guide myself. In one of his video clips he was going over the one of the most dreaded shots in tennis, the over head. I am relatively short ,so I always tend to take it off the bounce. But using a few things that I learned in this book I am proud to say I don’t fear the overhead as much. I feel more comfortable coming up to net and closing out the point. I also have a better understand of certain things. I have a nice serve but I didn’t know why I had a nice serve. I didn’t realize what I was doing to get the penetration that I have, and how to fix it if I don’t have a good rhythm. You know how those days are when your serve went out on vacation. But when I practice my serve now I know what I should be looking for and doing. Yes it has the beginner in the title but it still helped me improve parts of my game. I’ve won a few tournaments so I’m no beginner. Fundamentals are timeless that’s why it applies to everyone.
My Wrap Up
I really enjoyed the video clips because it was professional and I got a bang for my buck to be quite honest. If I just can’t afford to get see a local coach or tennis club I can watch these clips over to make sure I’m doing the basics right. You guys if you have the fundamentals down who knows how good you can be. I’m not saying you are going to be a tennis sensation after watching the 49 video clips, but if you apply what you learn and practice you will definitely get better.
